Vehicle Issue – Being Brought Back to Shop
Unfortunately not every job goes as smoothly as it should. The body was tested and working as it should etc before it was handed over to the customer, but a issue has arose. I tried to rectify it by sending my employees on my behalf as I was unable to do it myself ( I usually would) because I am holidaying outside of the UK.
This couldn’t of happened at a worse time as SMurph Engineering is on annual shutdown until September.
Anybody who has previously had work from SMurph Engineering knows how honest and open I am, also how dedicated I am to helping out if possible.
On this occasion the high standard I offer hasn’t shone through and because of the timing I have let the customer down. All I can do at this moment is again offer my apologies to Tommy at Xi-skips.
As soon as I am back I will personally collect the vehicle and rectify the problem myself. I wish i could offer more at this point.
